I offer occupational therapy for adults across a few areas. Everything is collaborative and tailored, and if you're not sure what you need, get in touch and we'll work it out together.
What is occupational therapy?
"Occupation" doesn't mean your job. It means all the everyday things that fill your time and matter to you, from getting ready in the morning to working, studying and staying connected. Sometimes what gets in the way is the task or the environment, and sometimes it's how your brain and body work, your focus, your senses, your energy. Occupational therapy helps make those things more doable, by adjusting the task, changing the space or the equipment, or working with your strengths, so daily life fits you better.

Assessment and recommendations for equipment, including wheelchairs, and home modifications, particularly for adults with physical and neurological disability, so your home works better for you.

Telehealth
Available anywhere in Australia, from wherever suits you.
I'm a mobile service, so I can meet you in your home, out in the community, or by telehealth anywhere in Australia. I'm based in metro Adelaide and travel to country areas where there are a few people to see.
Funding and payment
I can work with you if you're NDIS funded (self or plan managed), self funded, eligible for Medicare (chronic conditions care plans), or using private health cover. I don't currently offer DVA or My Aged Care services. Full pricing and my service agreement are shared directly when we set up services.
